I hate:
* when people leave their toenail clippings on the carpet
* people that drive slow in the passing lane
* cold, dark, rainy days ( ironic considering I live near Seattle)
* death
* autism
* having to fold the laundry and put it away
* when people lie
* people who constantly whine
* debaters
* dirty bed sheets
* left overs
* mental illness
* waiting in line
* cold coffee
Okay, now your turn..

I hate when you're in the DMV for like the fourth time and there is a pretty decent wait, and the guy next to you -- in the neighboring cracked, warped bucket-shaped seat that surely saw its inception in 1971, is actually CLIPPING HIS TOENAILS RIGHT HERE, RIGHT HERE IN THE DMV.
And the toes of said toenails are thick and yellow and full of black hairs, and as he clips them, the toenail bits are flying around like crickets in a skittle in all directions. And you notice that he wasn't even wearing sandals (not that that would make it OK.) He's actually removed a lace-up shoe AND a sock to do this.
And then you look at him, like, how the HELL are you doing this here, and he completely avoids your look and continues to meticulously examine and clip, dirty yellow foot over faded jean clad knee. And then one of the clippies flies at YOU and your magazine and you are forced to leave your chair, wondering why you didn't do this sooner.
And nobody else notices or cares about this!
And as you stand a few feet away, you can still hear the sharp metallic "click! click! click!" of the cutters, and the "click, click, click" of the bits hitting the chair beside him. And although you realize that DMV workers are overworked and underpaid, surely SOMEONE must care that this man is clipping his nasty nails in here! --- But they don't...

thanks! The look of his nails are still embedded in my brain. Even though I've forgotten more important things. Why is it that sometimes really gross stuff seems to bump out the stuff I WANT to keep around in my head????

cleaning the litter box
dry mouth
trying to find a good man
depression
being alone, especially late at night

scrambled eggs
not having enough $ to pay my billsThat's a window into my soul, huh?

I hate it when:
• people are greedy
• elderly people, and people with lots to carry have to stand on the bus because no one is willing to give up their seat
• people care too much about money
• people hold grudges
• people cannot admit fault
• I feel out of control
• I get really upset and cannot soothe myself
• people don't understand me
• I lose things right when I need them!
• I fall behind in my classes
• the printer stops working the day before my paper is due!
• I miss my bus stop because I was daydreaming!
• my Mom checks up on me
• my sister tells me how weird or stupid I am
• when my sister judges other people to be unworthy
• the wind blows really hard and I start to panic
• I have to get up in the morning and the sky is still dark

The railroad (with the fire of a thousand suns.)
Depression.
Never having peace and quiet.
Dealing with hateful customers.
Feeling unappreciated or taken advantage of.
The invisible tatoo on my forehead.
That one of my girls died.

I'm sorry for laughing at your misery, but that was funny. Now, Had I been sitting there I would have given you a knowing look and you could have taken comfort in the fact that someone else was being completely grossed out.
And you know what else I hate..
That "horky" thing that guys do (and some women)
It's bad enough to spit in public but when they have to give you the ****disgusting**** preliminary sound effects it just makes me ill..

It's so unattractive.

>Yes! When I've witnessed this happen near me, I swear I've thought it would be so great to just tap the person who's just committed this gross act on the arm, and say, "Excuse me, but since you felt it was okay to make that sound and then spit in front of me, it wouldn't be any problem if I GAG and THROW UP ON YOU RIGHT NOW, would it?"
...followed by some sort of fake retching sound, just to properly scare them....
!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was actually really funny, in a gross way! The good thing about that kind of experience is that I can write a funny story about it. :)
I totally agree about the spit - it IS so gross!

I know, aside from the gross out factor.. why?
Spitting just isn't natural like sneezing or something..
At least not to me
Maybe there's a special "spit gene?"
I can't say it's always men because my female roomate used to do it, in public.. it was FOUL

Yeah its gross! It has to do with tobbaco/smoking and/or PHLEGM. I once asked when I saw a guy spitting (it was sooo disgusting too)WHy he had to do it in public and he was a smoker with allergies LOL. He said that he gets phlegm build up at the back of the throat and the noises that accompany the spitting process are the collection of the phlegm so it will spit well (ewwwww!!). Anyway, he attributed it to the combination of smoking/and phlegm. Arent you glad you asked lol :-)
