I'm feeling better of late. But I sure don't like being on so many drugs. I have had to up my dexadrine dosage from 20-25mg to 30-40mg to combat the loss of energy from the Pindolol(10-20mg). The insomnia from the Effexor(225mg) is lessening.
My worries are that I am getting releif from the Pindolol and Dexadrine, but nothing from the Effexor. Also I am concerned about continued increase in my Dexadrine dosage.

James here.....
I;ve been on 40 mgs Dex for several years with no problems and from time to time I do go off the dex ( no $ or more often james just forgets to get the script form the doc b4 he runs out !) with no problems. There are people on 100 mgs of dex or more. It can take a while to find the right dose. Provided the Dex is helpful STOP WORRING there are better things to do with you mind ! james

I shall be much concerned about the effects of using various drugs. If benzos help a lot and hurt a little, I'll take them, even tho I dislike the idea of being liable to a withdrawal if I stopped them abruptly; if I sometimes took a beer, and found myself in a drainage ditch the next morning, I would make a serious effort not to ever take a beer.
