Iam currently taking 450mg of lamictal a day. I feel much better, but i still very disorinted on occasion. I have been told that neurontin would be effective for that. But, I don't kanow if these two can used in combination, or at what dosage range. My doctor isn't familar with this so any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

I neglected to mention I'm bi-polar with psychotic features and in addition to the 450mg(225 in the morning and at night)I'm on 30mg of Paxil(for panic disorder) and 100mg of amitryptaline(for sleep).
