Can daily doses of L-phenylalanine(500-1000mg), Vitamins C,B6(200-1500mg),choline(3gm),lecithin(80gm), & tryptophan(1-8gm) be used in place of SSRI's or other antidepressants? Does this combination have any addictive qualities as SSRI's? Any withdrawal period? How long to noticeable results.

I've used this "smart drug " combo b4 and found it to be of benifit. However clinical depression is not due to a lack of precursers for neurotransmitters. This combo can be a good adjunct to taking an AD but not a substute for and AD (assuming one has clinical depression)
