Hi Dr. Bob
I don't know whether you can help me here - I'm trying to get the latest info on Lithium discontinuation.
I've found a reference I'd love to be able to look up : - Am J Psychiatry 1999 Jul;156(7):1130
Lithium discontinuation.
Maj M
However, there's not even an abstract on the net. I'm a university student but my library doesn't have medical journals - I can't get access to these locally at all as the general medical library which I have access to as a visiting student doesn't stock psychiatry journals. I can't order a reprint of the article as I'm not registered with a medical library (only as a visitor).
I wondered whether you might be familiar with the contents of this article. I've read some studies with recommendations of slow withdrawal but I can't find much detail at all.
It's very frustrating not being able to access the appropriate info.....I hope you can help.
Louise.
