Didn't experience the 9% problem tonight, but I still don't have a "Start New Threads" form at the bottom...
BUT, if you go to the top of the main Psycho-Babble page and click on FAQ (try right clicking it and then click "open in new window" if you have to - I've been ruthlessly pursuing this!). On the next page, click on "Why I Can't Open a New Thread" (try the right click/open in new window trick again here). On the next page, click "here" where Dr. Bob has put a link for people who have trouble posting.
It's been working for me - good luck! (Provided I can SEND!!!)
BTW, I think the coded command at the bottom doesn't show up when you try to copy it to your message is because of the "<" (less than) sign in front of it.
