FYI all
President Clinton is pushing some new legislation that would require over-the-internet drug suppliers to basically be inspected by the FDA and sanctioned if the agency doesn't like what it finds.
However, it looks very much like gun control laws - looks good politically but does absolutely nothing to affect the real issue. The legislation would have no power, of course, over overseas suppliers. The only thing it might do is make it tough to get prescription drugs from American suppliers without a prescription, etc.
