I am fairly certain that Adderall, Dexidrine and Ritalin (all stimulants like cylert) are all used for the same purpose. If not - I'm sure I'll be corrected. Good luck.

LOL, yes, you would be corrected, that is for sure! yes, all those you recomended are for concentration problems, usually associated with ADD. I take Adderall and it works great!! It has raised my BP, though that wasn't a problem for me since I had low BP. It is actually perfect now. 120/70 up from 90/60 or lower. I don't believe it causes any liver problems unless you were already suseptible to it. (excuse my spelling) Nothing in the leaflet points to it in a healty person.

Cylert is the only one I have seen mentioned in conjunction with damage to the liver.

One of my (clinician-in-training girlfriend's) books talks about Dexedrine, Ritalin, and Cylert as being highly similar, but gives the nod to Cylert in terms of slower onset and offset, making it somewhat smoother.
Too bad about the liver damage snafu.
Anyway, if Cylert worked well for you, you may want to check into either of the other two ... particularly in their SR formulas if the other two act (and stop acting) too quickly for you
cheers,
bob

No personal experience, but I've noted that a number of people here have found Adderall to be "smoother" than ritalin - but I'm not sure if that was compared to ritalin's regular or sr formula...
