Have been thinking over what has really helped me with the panic and decided that when I took beta blockers
that this is when the panic attacks stopped. I quit them due to slow metabolism. So I am wondering if I started them again with Wellbutrin and BuSpar would they help with the energy thing like they sometimes do when taking a SSRI? Is it safe to take beta blockers with Wellbutrin and BuSpar? I tried several SSRI's and I just can't tolerate them as far as being totally out of it! Thanks Gloria

Gloria - I don't know about propranolol helping with energy directly. I guess, in a round-about way they could. Low dose propranolol is a very effective mood stabilizer in many people (also works for migraines in many people).I can't think of any drug interactions between the 3 drugs, but I would ask your doctor and another pharmacist (one with a fancy computer that does on-line drug interactions - eg. at a large chain) to be on the safe side. My boss doesn't give me the fancy toys at work, like the internet or drug interaction programs. I have not personally seen that combination, so I am not 100% sure if it would work, but it theoretically sounds possible.
Sorry, I cannot be more definite than this. - Cam W.
