Just wondering, sitting here at 12:46am, if anyone has ever tried a naturopath for their anxiety or depression. My brother's friend's girlfriend goes to one to balance her body's energy fields and cleanse her aura. She's also into reflexology. She has a myriad of ailments both physical and mental(stress related) but she swears by this type of medical treatment. Anyone tried it or heard whether it helps. I have read about mind/body connections but have never been able to tap into that. Thanks--Tina, again!

Yes, I had one in Toronto, and she was excellent! These are the kinds of people that can really help you deal with the underlying health issues of having a mental illness. It can be expensive, unless your insurance covers it, and it can take a while to see any benefits.
I always found that medication is best at helping through the really bad times though. Janice
