the best way to describe it is probably like jb did "the constant talking in my head" the voice in my case is my own usually obsessing about my condition which consists now of psychological anxiety and a tired but wired feeling and the constant talking, however it was not like this 4 years ago and like a switch going off it all turns off late at night ,usually between 8pm and midnight, it used to be a feeling of constant terror but it has calmed down about 50% with time
i hope this gives you a bit more to go on, maybe ill try dr jensens system as ive just got it and it seems very ineresting
