KILOIDS

I HAVE KILOIDS THEY ORIGINATED FROM SURGERY AND MY SKIN DR. WAS USING KENALOG INJECTIONS. IS THERE ANY OTHER MEDICATIONS FOR IT?
MY SON HAD A SILICONE PATCH BUT HE THINKS THE SCAR DIDN'T CHANGE WITH THAT. PLEASE ANY SUGESTIONS???
