China:
How long have you been taking Remeron and what time of the evening do you take it? I, too, take 30mg and I find if I vary too much with the time, I really have a hard time in the am.Can't speak for the prozac but I have recently augmented my rem. with Wellbutrin...and at my next appointment will discuss augmenting that combo with Celexa or something else. I am sure there are others here that may relate to you more closely...at any rate, good luck and stay in touch.

China and Lady Jane,
I've taken Remeron and Prozac together and they worked well for awhile, my meds seem to be pooping out quite regularly lately.... I would really recommend discussing any changes to your meds with your doc first. I think docs RX this combo pretty often so I don;t think there would be a problem with it.
Just a side comment and you'll think I'm nuts (and you're right) For some people, after the med regulates in your system for a while actually taking more (45mgs) can make you less groggy. I know it sounds stupid, but it really does work. Just a thought.
Have a peaceful day and my thoughts are with you both!
