Has anybody any experience of St Johns Wort??
I've read a lot of positive things about it and it seems to have less side effects than pharmaceutical drugs (especially effexor!)
I am currently taking dothiepin and it is not that effective but better than nothing at all.

My experience with SJW has been very positive. I'd really like to try Sam-e but I can't afford it. Read my post about SJW dated 9/2/00, it's near the top.
