I saw my Dr. and my case manager. They are having me get my meds weekly now, and are trying to get me in a "DBT" group, whatever that is.

Glad to hear you had your appointment and have a strategy to work with. It helps me, too, to see it because I've been in the Black Pit for a while. So, you've turned out to be a role model for me! Go figure. 8-))
