My 8 year old son has been on Adderall since late September. We started at once a day and found that we needed to change it to twice a day. Since then he has been suffering from anal itching. He has seen the doctor who ran lab tests and everything was negative. Is this a common side effect that someone else may have noticed as well? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Not sure if pruritis is a side effect for Adderall but that sounds like the problem. You might go to rxlist or google.com and key in pruritis.
