Hi, do you mean whithout a prescription?
SAM-e is not a stimulant but has anti-depressive effects. It is expensive.
You have the Quset brand available at Shoppers Drugmart stores
http://www.shoppersdrugmart.ca/I do not know if DMAE is still available.

dexedrine and ritalin and safe and available.so is caffeine.
