Does anyone know how this is treated? Can Celexa be used?
I'm really new to all this so any help is appreciated!

Hi Lettie, funny you should ask this question. I get mild SAD every year. I use a light box and in the past I have used trazadone. This year my depression was more serious so I began using Celexa about 4 weeks ago-it is a great medication. I take 20 mg in the morning-it helps with depression and anxiety and I have had no side effects what so ever. Good luck to you-C
I also take 50 mg of trazadone to help with sleep at bedtime but am going to start tapering that off.
