I have been on celexa since the just after the birth of my son who is now 18 months old. I had started having multiple panic attacks just after coming home from the hospital with him. I have been taking 20 mg a day for months now and I'm just wondering if anyone else has been on celexa for this long. I have gained almost 20 pounds over the last year and I have noticed a great loss off memory- I feel so scatterbrained all of the time. I also always feel tired and have no energy or motivations. As for the sex thing, the desire is no longer there. I am afraid to go off of the medicine but don't know how much longer I can take these side effects!
Help.

My little girl is 20months old. Keep in mind what
my doctor told me - I'm a new mother who is exhausted.
All the things I'm experiencing are normal. I really
like Celexa unfortunatley,my new insurance won't
cover it. I'm getting ready to try prozac.
Talk to your doctor!!! Good luck, Lettie
