Well, I guess my subject pretty much says it all - is there any reason anyone knows of not to take Topamax and Lamictal together?
It suddenly dawned on me, that since Lamictal is more activating, and since I don't really want to switch completely yet from Topamax because it has helped, perhaps I should try adding a little Lamictal (the Topamax is sedating). Hmmm, maybe the Topa-Dopa syndrome has been taking its toll...
Thanks!

In reply to Topamax/Lamictal-can they be taken together?, posted by Kingfish on June 15, 2001, at 14:40:28
I can't think of a reason why not to take those two together. I never found Lamictal to be stimulating, though. I always thought it was neither stimulating nor sedating.
This is the end of the thread.
