You said that Anafranil is the "most" sertonigistic (sorry, I probably mis-spelled that). Does this mean that Serotonin is the major factor in OCD? And does this mean that Anafranil is the "strongest" in sertonin reuptake inhibition, even stronger than the new SSRI's, etc.? Hmmmmmmm ... ???

Yes, serotonin is thought to be the chemical lacking in OCD patients. Anafranil is the most serotonergic in vitro. I'll have to get the scientific data behind my statements when I'm more awake.
