Attorneys general in 50 states have entered an agreement with several pharmaceutical companies to compensate customers who were overcharged for Lorazepam and Clorazepate. To be eligible a customer must have paid for medications (rather than have them paid for by an insurance company) between January 1, 1998 through December 31, 1999. Information for filing a claim is available at: http://www.agsettlement.com/ The deadline for opting in to the $100,500,000 settlement is September 29 of this year.
