Hi to everybody,
I've passed the first week on amisulpride (25 mg/d) and i think there is something going on.
I've noticed in the last days that i am become a little more alert, little more focused.
There are not great signals, but something has surely happend to my apaty and to my impossibility to "feel" what i'm doing, what i'm living.
I've increased (a little) my capacity of perception of satisfaction in doing and living little things of the day.
I'm not exactly "happy" but certainly not disgusted as i was during the day. I like a little in passing the day. I'm again happy to listen some music.
Finally, i'm more ansious, that in my case is a positive thing cause i was too sedate and aphatic.
I'm not sure to know the words to express these soft enhancements, but i will report better in the future days.
I will still stay on 25 mg for about another 2 week and then to pass on 50 mg/d.
Actually i've not felt side effects, so i will increase the dosage slowly cause i'm scared about side effects like drowsiness and dizziness.
I'm actually on 50 mg trazodone at the evening too, but it's only for improving the sleep, and i think it's not enough for an antidepressant effects (and side effects!).
Please share your experience about amisulpride usage, it will be wery helpful for me!
Bye, Steve

Your dose is pretty low...maybe you will have more results with 50 mg. Keep in mind that amisulpride is only efficacious in mild depression, so you may want to get an antidepressant on board too.
If you get the drowsiness, take some caffeine. If you get dizziness, take Bonine (non-drowsy anti-emetic.
Best of luck to you...

Thank you CalvaryHill,
You're very helpful for me!
I shall go on 50 mg/d of amisulpride, i only wanna wait a week to be sure to have the improvements stabilized.
I usually take caffeine, it gives me a quick flash. Actually i've not suffered of dizzy or drowsy at all!
I don not know Bonine, can you tell me something about it p.e. its chemical name?
Thanks indeed.

Hi to everybody,
I need a counseil from who is using Amisulpride.
Do you think, in your experience, comparing right and side effects, that is better to have 50mg once or 25mg twice a day?
Any experience about the dosage of amisulpride?
Thanks for your share!
Bye

Bonine is meclizine HCL, which provides all day protection against dizziness/motion sickness without the drowsiness that Dramamine may cause. Bonine is available at most drug stores.
