Neurontin, Effexor, Naltrexone, Pemoline cocktail

I am seeking some advice. Had to get a new P-Doc as my previous one left my HMO network.
I was diagnosed ADD & early onset Bi-Polar in 1999, so I have been self medicating with alcohol for over forty years.
Completed detox in 10/99, sober for 10 months, then slowly went back to social drinking [no alcohol in the house].
Over the Holidays I realized that I was becoming alcohol dependent again, plus getting more depressed.
Now, I have stopped alcohol and my new P-doc has me on Neurontin 400mg., Effexor XR 37.5mg., Naltrexone 50 mg., and Pemoline [a stimulant] 18.75 mg. for the ADD.
This is the first day I have done all these together and I feel my mind is nervous, spacey out-of-body.
Is this typical?

I am seeking clarification: How long have you been on each medication?

Just started Naltrexone yesterday...
Pemoline approx. one year...
Neurontin approx. six months...
Effexor approx. three months a year ago, then quit because for sexual side effects.
Then Depakote, then Neurontin.
