You have all had a very soothing effect.
I am waiting until April 4th for an appointment with
a pyschiatrist that is approved by our insurance.
I suspect - after many years - that I am bipolar.
AA background, three rehabs - 14 years ago.
Self medicating to make ends meet - in the meantime and inbetween time.
Turning it over, so to speak.
I've tried posting before.
Hope this works.

It can be difficult and it can take a long time. If you don't give up you will find solutions. Hang in there.
