Need Help in Med Question?

Hello, im currently on Remeron 30mg, desipramine 25mg, xanax.5mg and do have 30 klonopin 1mg laying around.
First, I beleive i suffer from excess domapmine from ghb usage. Remeron gives me about 5 hrs sleep, and then i wake up a bit nervous. I then take xanax and calms me down, and usually fall back asleep, but waking up feeling shitty, lethargic, and bit depressed.( i read xanax can excalabriate depression.
My mood is very unstable though the day, ups a down.
Question is, should i eliminate xanax, and use klonpin? Should i add neruonitin for mood stabliization, or add another ssri?

On the xanax question, if the Pdoc prescribed Xanax, then
he should be OK switching you to klonopin. Klonopin is less
addictive and maintains a steady level in you body so less ups/
and downs.

Ideally you find better ADs to deal with the anxiety.
For some people Remeron can cause anxiety, so maybe
the other SSRI idea or Serzone is not bad. Not sure about
Desipramine interactions. Neurontin add-on may help also.
