You may be exhausted quite a while with those twomeds ! Though you don't have your appetite right now, that might chage. Unfortunately, both of those meds tend to put weight on people, so you may want to be aware of your weight through the coming weeks and months. Paxil alone takes a few weeks, or up to a couple of months to lessen the lethargy. With Remeron [which also makes one sleepy] this a double combo causing fatigue in many people . The nausea may take a couple of weeks to clear up. I hope this works well for you, and the side effects dissipate quickly. Good luck.

Geno,I took Paxil and had side effects of tiredness,
naseau, sweating, dry mouth. The nausea and dry
mouth completely subsided over a number of weeks for me.
(about 1.5-2 weeks for each 10 mg dose bump). I still had
a bit of tiredness and sweating after 2 months. Mind you
I wasn't taking a mood stabilizer, which I do now for bipolar.I also took Zoloft, which had no nausea, dry mouth,
sweating, loss of appetite. Here I had insomnia.
It was more bearable for me.But you are looking for sleep?
Your results will vary. default disclaimer..
Hope you feel better,
John

Try some over-the-counter Emetrol for the nausea.
