IsoM BLPBart -- thanks for explaining

your experiences with stimulants and ADD reaction.

I have another question that I hope someone can give me some information or their opinions about.

Before the dr. prescribes the Adderall XR, he wants to deermine the correct dose - so now I'm bumped up to 20 mg. of Adderall. [Am still taking 300 mg. Wellbutrin SR - 150 2 x day.]

When I took the 20 mg. Adderall, what I felt was relaxed? Very easy going, relaxed, almost tranquilized (not in the sleepy way though), very in the moment.

What's with my metabolism or whatever that makes me react like this to stimulants? With what I'm taking, shouldn't I be getting a little hyper?

Or is it true that these meds work the opposite on people with ADD?

just thank your lucky stars. . ! (nm) » Charlotte

I can't really answer your question except to tell you my experience which is similar to yours. I'm on 40 mg/day of dex plus 300 mg/day of wellbutrin and if I had the time, I could certainly take a nap in the afternoon. I don't necessarily feel any more tired than I do without it, but it doesn't make me hyper in any way either.
