Here's a new one. I started provigil the other day and now I have this seriously annoying lump in my throat. I'm not anxious or sad or anything else that would provoke this. I checked the sidefx and it liste pharyngitis as one. Maybe that's the deal?

I had a lump in my thoat from Maxalt [migrain med] the first few times I took it. It went away. If this symptom persists longer than a couple of weeks, I'd tell my doc.

Well I hated provigil, when I took it, it gave me an elevated heart rate and horrible anxiety and actually Wellbutrin did the the lump in the throat thing to me, but normally that symptom indicates anxiety whether you are aware of it emotionally or not

Yes, Escolith gave me a nasty lump in my throat. That is near the thyroid. Who knows. I stopped taking it in less than two weeks.
