Difference between Ephedra and prescription stimul

at one time I took ephedra and didn't have alot of side effects, but hearing the negatives about it and my dr. not wanting me to take it I quit. I had so much energy with ephedra and now have started Adderall and do have more energy than normal but not like the ephedra. Does anyone take it and what are your experiences?

One last attempt LOL...I guess I don't give up easy hee hee.
