Just wondering how common it is to use Effexor XR more than once a day. I'm at 225 twice daily, 8:00 am and 2:00 pm, and it keeps me awake all night, and then I don't wanna get up for the am dose. Even the starting doses were bid: 37.5 twice a day. Everything I see on the web talks about once daily dosing... Any comments?
