Viagra does not help with desire or orgasms usually. It helps with erection, but not desire.
Doctors do use Viagra to overcome SSRI sexual side effects. It can provide the erection, but it will not fix desire or orgasm problems.

I have to give a different opinion. My pdoc told me that it helps with erectile difficulties and desire, but not anorgasmia. This has been my experience as well.
