HELP-CHILLS, MANIC BUT EXHAUSTED.....

Okay, I took my meds for the night-75mgEffexor,100mgSeroquel,2mg Klonopin, and 25mg Lamictal. I am hyper-but exhausted. Anyone have any input? I'm stressed, as it was another busy day. After taking my meds for the night-I am having chills, a "fog", and and smoking like a chimney-BAD! What is going on? Please anyone?
