I believe they are the same thing.
Piracitam started the genre of drugs
known as Nootrpyls or smart drugs.The only problem with taking a smart
drug - (this happened with me) - is that
when you take it you also tend to put
yourself into a 'smart' mode, weather or
not the drug affects your intellegence.It switched me into mania - probably not the drug
itself but the idea that I was 'smarter'
made me become self centered and eventually
switch.
I am not suggesting that this will happen
to anyone, but If you do take it I suggest
you do so to help you do what you do already.
Don't take it to become smarter than anyone
else. It may/(not) work but may not benefit
overall mental health.Just trying to make availabe my experience.
