I started Amisulpride 3 weeks ago.. Last week due to stupid doctor I went 3 days without it.. On the second day with out it (last tuesday) I srated getting what I think are hives on my inner thighs. I went back on the amisulpride (also known as Solien by the way) Thursday evening.
Anyway, the hives on my thighs have been getting worse (and itch like HELL) - larger (up to 8cm across) and now cover front and back of thighs. I woke up this morning and I now have them all over upper arms and down the sides of my torso.
I've taken an allergy tablet (10 mg of Cetirizine dihydrochloride) and that helps a little.. but the early ones on mythighs are starting to go purple, bruised like and that worries me slightly!!
I'll see GP in the morning.. but any ideas?? I've not changed bath products or washing powder or anything... and those products I do use are for sensitive skin.

Once I had a rash on my inner thighs that was a result of an allergic reaction to an NSAID (pain reliever). I stopped taking the pills and the rash stopped growing, but as it went away it turned almost black. The doctor said that if I kept taking it that my skin would have died and fallen off. Yuck.
I don't know if this is the same thing you are seeing.
