I feel privilidged to find and join this forum.
I have had 10 days on Parnate MAOI, Seroquel and Clonazepam, since my new Dr. decided on an abrupt major changes. I am feeling better fast?! The transition was HELL for a few days. I was on Lexapro, Lamactil and Strattera for almost a year with low functional level and mood.
My new therapy is in addition to Advair and Singulair for asthma and Flomax for BPH.
I have a lot of food diet information and doing ok. Question: What vitamins, anti-oxidants or other supplements are safe to take?

Stay away from a Multi vitamin that may contain amino acids that could contribute to a hypertensive episode (5-htp, DLPA, L-tyrosine, etc)
