anyone else have the same problem? Do you think it's worth it anyway? i love what it does for my depression and anxiety (not to mention my libido, which has increased dramatically).

Sad to say, but that is a problem that many people have with many of the antidepressants. Some strategies are:
1) Wait it out- in time, that side effect may subside
2) Ask your doc about adding Wellbutrin, Remeron, or Ritalin to the Lexapro
3) Use the herb Yohimbine (it can cause jitteriness, insomnia, and change blood pressure). Yohimbibe can be taken everyday, or only as needed about an hour before sex. Ask your doc what he thinks.
4) Switch to an antidepressant that does not have sexual side effects such as Remeron, Wellbutrin, or Serzone- although there is no guarantee that these will work for you as well as Lexapro is currently working for you. Also they have side effects as well. Wellbutrin can cause jitteriness and Remeron causes weight gain with some people.
