No, but I know an excellent one in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (not too far away, and well worth the trip).

I would be grateful if you would let me know who that is. I had already decided that I might have to Texas to get a good pdoc. My current doctor doesn't seem to be up to date with any medications other than SSRIs. Who is your doctor?
