I've made great progress with this dizziness/derealization since I began taking Wellbutrin.
I'm just would like to know if anyone has had total success on meds. or some other alternative in getting rid of this anxiety symptom.
Mine came about after the first panic attack. I'm panic free, praise God, and almost totally free from the derealization, but I'm wondering if there is something else I should be taking or doing to help this process.
Thanks for your help.

For me it's a spacey feeling. Kind of inbetween being dizzy and how you feel when you first wake up in the morning.
The Wellbutrin helps with this anxiety symptom, but it's hasn't totally left...yet.
How do you like the Wellbutrin? I've been on the XL for almost a month.

Do you take the Wellbutrin for panic attacks or anxiety? Just wondering, cuz I was thinking about maybe trying it for anxiety. Thanks, Michael

I day dream alot. But Ive read this is more likely an ADHD symptom.
I was prescribed Wellbutrin sr first for depression and now Im on xl. I had a hard time with side effects at first. Its been two months and Im down to one or two side effects. The bennifit has been worth it. I definately am funtioning better.I still have the spacey day dreaming problem, but not as bad as before.
Do you feel like your moving forward?
You sound good.

Wellbutrin has helped my anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Do some research, and let me know what you think.
