I am bipolar and I get seasonal depression and I need to know if anyone else experiences this.

I get SAD(seasonal affective disorder) I use a light box. I start using it in september, it really helps with the fatigue and the deppression.

Hi, there is something called SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)

I, myself, do not get seasonal depression.

Yes,I am bipolar II and I am still trying to find the right combo of medications to control the mood instability. I have seasonal depression but instead of the traditional winter time depression mine starts in August until early November. This is my most unstable time. Usually in the spring, I'm more hypomanic.
