Just a FYI for everyone: I ordered three months of Clarocet ($88) on November 16 and the money was taken two days later. I never received the order. On the weekend of December 6 I decided I better give them a call to find out what is going on only to find no telephone number anywhere on the site. The only ways you can even order is by fax, online, paypal, and snail mail.
So I e-mailed the "sales" e-mail address that is on the order confirmation. It is now late on December 9 and I haven't heard a thing. Just left a message on the 24 hour support but am not expecting anything from that. Looks like I will have to go the legal route. Just thought I'd inform.

Hmm, just as I have posted this I have found a different, and seemingly, newer site of theirs. I placed my order at www.clarocet.com. This new site www.clarocet-nri.com seems to have more promising contact info. So I will try this customer support address they have on their. I assume since they have this "guarantee" I am supposed to be able to get my money back no questions asked. We shall see.
