I still use it as an agumenting agent. It does work by itslef to help the worst of the depression symptoms, insomnia, lack of appetite, etc, but I had been on celexa too long before, for it to completely replace it.
I am trying right now to find as much research on different frequencies, varying location of coil placement and power. Some studies find benefits from left prefrontal stimualtion, and others with right prefrontal. Weird isn't it. Perhaps it varys from person to person.

I take 10 MG of paxil and 1 mg of klonopin every night. I have taken the Klonopin for the past 7 years, every night, the paxil only the past few years. Before that I was on imipramine.

Hi Linkadge,
I was able to take Effexor at night without any problems sleeping. It actually gave me a calming effect, but a lot of people report a stimulating effect so who knows. Just curious, what is TMS?

I take 75mg of Effexor at 11pm...and I could sleep if I took my Remeron along with it. You'll have to see for yourself. Personally, my sleep schedule was so messed up, that there was no morning...morning was whenever I woke (today that is 6:30pm). Morning wasn't an option...

Do you get any results from 10mg Paxil, just curious since 20mg is minimum theraputic dose?

> LinkadgeI originally tried taking Zoloft at night and it kept me up. At higher doses (ie: 75 mg and up) I have to have a sleep aid to get some sleep, even when I now take Zoloft in the morning. Otherwise, my mind will not shut off. Before Zoloft, I took Luvox at night and had no problems sleeping. Same thing with Celexa.

rTMS is a procedure that stands for Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. It is approved in canada for the treatment of depression. I was interested in the studies so I created my own rTMS device.
