Any info on a good mood stabilizer with with some help more on the depressed spectrum?
and something weight neutral?
Since It looks to be a BPII mood disorder type thing and AD's don't work.. I want to try just the stabilizer route..anythoughts?

I take Lamictal. It stabilizes my moods and works so well for my depression that my pdoc took me off an antidepressant I had been taking for 2 years. It took a while for me to reach a therapeutic dose, and I became hypomanic in the meantime, but I have felt incredibly good the past couple of days on 200 mg.
