I take 900Mgs at night and 300Mgs as needed for general anxiety and mild sleep problems. While Neuronitin has helped with these issues I have been suffering from all too frequent headaches and have gone thru more Advil in the past 2 months than I have in my whole life.
I am also waking up in pee as opposed to waking up to pee. This has only happened twice in the last 2 months but for a 39 year old man it seems a little early to be doing this.
Any input would be appreciated and yes I have an appointment with my psychiatrist to discuss these issues.
