I have *zilch* experience with this...and was also wondering if it would help with sex side-effects of Prozac. Thanks so much...you guys are great! (My only *real* friends..heh.)

Jay,

I have taken this combo for a very long time with good success. The sexual side effects with prozac is delayed ejaculation or impossible ejaculation. Adding remeron countered this problem some, but if you can get away with taking Remeron only, you should not have those sexual problems. If you must take the combo, take as little of the prozac as possible. If you must take a higher dose of prozac then you will need to ask your doc for a script of Viagra or the new brand Levitra and that will take care of business if you know what I mean. The stuff works very well. Good luck to you.

Same problem with Efexor & I think it applies to all the SSRI's. Remeron counters it for me, it's a great add-on, especially if you have sleep problems.

Cheers,
