I'm wondering if anyone has had their anxiety and/or depression improved by EEG Neurofeedback?

Hi,
I tried one session of biofeedback once where I was made and taught how to totally relax my mind, breathing, etc. It didn't do anything, but I was supposed to also follow at home by doing the biofeedback exercises, which I never did. It's probably a waste of time and money, in my opinion.

I did about 20 sessions
It did give me nice cognitive enhancing effects. It was good for my inattentive type ADD. However the effects of it were less then 3 days for each session and therefore it was not worth the huge amount I had to spend.
Also I dont know if this is related but about this time is when I started to become depressed, so it could have been from the neurofeedback although I am really not at all sure.
What would you like to try it for?
