Hi everybody,
I have some residual symptoms from a bad bipolar II depression. I'm on 150 mg of Effexor XR with 300 mg of Lamictal. I've been feeling pretty good for months and i'm almost at my *normal* state.
However, i still have memory problems. I forget things everywhere. I have also some difficulties to search my words when i talk to someone.
So last week my pdoc prescribed to me Ritalin (regular) 10 mg, two times a day. Things have been improved by 40%. How can i maximize Ritalin? By the dosage? With alternative products? By increasing Effexor?
P.S. I'm also taking Maca (natural product) to help and assist my adrenals (for chronic fatigue syndrome). It is very good for the energy.
My thyroid is ok. I'm hypo but i take Synthroid for that. I've a TSH of 1.2.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! I want to turn the page...
Thanks!

>Hi Maximus,
I recently spent a month taking 300mg of Effexor & it had very bad effects on my short term memory & I was doing a lot of silly things, I had to go back to 225mg.
Cheers,
Panda.
