I have been on 125mg of Zolof for the last 5 years, my dr. says it is no longer working for me, and yes I agree. I am to cut my zoloft intake in half and add 37.5 effexor xr for a week, then completely off the zoloft and up to 75mg of the effexor xr.
Has anyone done anything like this, if so any side effects since I am already on the zoloft?

Yes, that is how I did it when I was only on zoloft and switched only to effexor. It is the safest way. terrics
