I've been taking prozac for approximately 5 weeks now and my pdoc told me to split a wellbutrin xl tablet in half to take once a day to counter sexual side effects. First try with that today and had a horrible horrible migraine that finally ended an hour ago. I'm unsure if I should continue with the wellbutrin...i want to counter the sexual side effects of prozac, but other then that, prozac works great for me. I'm terrified of another migraine tomorrow if I take wellbutrin. I'm aware that splitting the xl tablet in half makes it immediate release, but mr. pdoc said that was ok to do. If headaches go away after a week or something like that, I will continue it, I think. SO....advice would be great...anyone had similar experiences? Thanks in advance.
