add wellbutrin xl too my effexor so I get some dopamine effect? also to help with sexual sside effects?
I'm 225 of effexor xr maybe back that down a bit and add the wellbutrin?thanks

If you suffer from any kind of anxiety whatsoever, I recommend you stay away from Wellbutrin. There are drugs with far more dopaminergic effect, anyway: amantadine, ropinirole, pramipexole, bromocriptine ...
All of those are more likely than Wellbutrin, IMHO, to help with sexual dysfunction and energy.
